Zelle® is now available in Online Banking and through our Norry Bank Mobile App. In order to use Zelle, you must re-enroll in the service. Please note the minimum to transfer is now $5.

Our team has been hard at work preparing for a major upgrade as we transition to a new core banking system, which will go live on Monday, July 17, 2023.

This new core banking software will enhance our already well-regarded customer service as our team is equipped with new tools to serve your banking needs. We have been conducting trial conversions to ensure a successful process the weekend of July 15, and our team has been engaged in thorough training over the last year.

A project of this size involves many moving parts, some of which will impact our customers, so please review the documents below. Our objective is to have you experience minimal interruptions during the go-live period.

The Northumberland National Bank is moving to a new internet banking system on Monday, July 17, 2023.

This upgrade will require that you make changes to your QuickBooks or Quicken software, so please take action to ensure a smooth transition. Conversion instructions are available below.

1st Action Date – Wednesday, July 12, 2023
A data file backup and a final transaction download should be completed by this date. Please make sure to complete the final download before this date since transaction history may not be available after the upgrade.

2nd Action Date – Monday, July 17, 2023 (after 12 pm)
This is the action date for the remaining steps on the conversion instructions. You will complete the deactivation/reactivation of your online banking connection to ensure that you get your current Quicken or QuickBooks account set up with the new connection.

Intuit aggregation services may be interrupted for up to 3-5 business days. Users are encouraged to download a QFX/QBO file during this outage. The following services may not work during the outage:

  • Quicken Win/Mac Express Web Connect
  • QuickBooks Online Express Web Connect
  • Mint

Please carefully review your downloaded transactions after completing the migration instructions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missing on the register.
