How do I start?
SecurLOCK™ Equip requires you have a debit card account with Norry Bank. You will also need an Apple or Android smartphone. After downloading the app, you will enter your full account number and authentication information. Once you’re set up, you can begin using the app immediately.
How do I get the SecurLOCK™ Equip app?
If you have an iPhone, you can download the app from the Apple Store. If you have an Android phone, download the app from the Google Play Store. Once the app has successfully downloaded to your smartphone, you can register your cards.
Is there a fee to use the app?
No! We provide this service to Norry Bank customers free of charge, so you have more control over your card.
How many debit cards can I register?
As many as you’d like, although the debit card(s) must have been issued from Norry Bank.
